Paul Davis grew up in Dulwich, where he attended Dulwich College Prep School and Alleyn’s. His architectural studies were at Nottingham University (1969-72) and at Kingston Polytechnic (1974-76).Paul started his first practice the weekend he passed RIBA part II in 1976. In 1994, he reformed as Paul Davis + Partners to become one of the fastest growing and most sustainable architectural studios in London. In 1999, he designed his first residential tower in Hong Kong. For 26 years, he was principal architect for the Cadogan estate, redefining almost a hundred buildings in Chelsea.Paul was twice President of the Association of Consulting Architects and a Vice President of the Royal Institute of British Architects where he had responsibility for the Trust Drawings Collection and Library.
